I couldn't be happier with Shoreline Plumbing. I scheduled an appointment using their digital form and they were prompt in emailing me back and scheduling. The tech (Duke) was prompt, friendly, informative, and knowledgable. I needed two supply valves for toilets to be replaced plus one toilet needed to be reset with a new wax ring. All good and we are super happy.

This plumbing company is the best in Oahu. I have used most of plumbing companies in Oahu because we always needed plumbing for renovations and emergency situations. I finally found the best company that is hard to find.They are very professional and knowledgeable ,and also well communication, response , the jobs that they did were excellent!! Price is fair price too. Some companies charge too high but their price is fair and more consideration for customers. Plumbing is always needed. When you need plumber, I strongly recommend shoreline plumbing. You would understand why they are the best in the island. Receptionist from office, she has excellent customer service and very quick response, and very responsible which we need! She understands customer very well. Evan who was our plumber was true master plumber that understands detail and very professional, knowledgeable, well communicator , listens and considers customer very well. Every time I asked questions, he respond about detail what I need to know very quickly and well explanation! His work was well done!! Evan is the best master plumber I ever have. John is the owner of company, he is very very humble person and supports and understands customers , employees when I saw.very professional !!! When he came to our house for estimates, after I talked to him in person, I knew already , I should go this company for our renovation which was correct!! If anybody wants to renovate for your house and needs plumbing job, this company is the one you want to choose. You would love this company for sure. We really appreciate their time and works for us. Definitely, shoreline plumbing is plumber company we will ask our repair , projects from now on. I can’t thank you enough.

Shoreline Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They clearly explained the issue, offered practical solutions, and completed the work efficiently and cleanly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Shoreline Plumbing and would definitely use them again.

This is the best plumbing company I ever had in 15 years.I have a lot of plumbing issues and also for renovation in the past. They are very knowledgeable and understanding customers very well, very quick response, the job is well done! Price is fair price! No ripping you off. John and Evan are the master plumber! They know what they are doing and very detail job! They are very knowledgeable and well communicators, I can trust their work!! I highly recommend this company if you have any issues of plumbing, or kitchen, bath room remodeling. They would be the best! I finally found the plumbing company I can trust. I would ask them when I need for plumbing. My family run the business for repair and carpentry jobs but no plumbing. Always needed plumbing job. Now they know which company to call. We can’t thank you enough for them.

Shoreline Plumbing was great to work with. They fixed a major leak behind our kitchen sink that had been hidden inside the wall for years, and it was a huge stress for us. They came in, explained everything clearly, documented what was going on, and took care of it quickly and professionally. The whole team was easy to communicate with and made a tough situation much easier. We’re very thankful for their help and would definitely recommend Shoreline Plumbing.

Shoreline Plumbing provided exceptional service! A technician arrived the same day I called to fix leaks under two bathroom sinks. He had all the necessary supplies and resolved the issues in record time. I also appreciated his valuable advice on my home's PEX plumbing. Great service and reasonable pricing. thank you shoreline plumbing for your service. everyone was very easy to work with. we now have a new water heater instead of a 22 year old rusted one. i am so relieved and know who to call with future plumbing needs! highly recommend! and i have used other plumbers! great company! new and old heaters

By far the best plumbers I’ve ever hired in Honolulu! Paul Hijii was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced both our hot and cold water brass ball valves to our shower. Replaced the shower cartridge and tub spout diverter. AND he helped clear our dishwasher line to the garbage disposal. So amazing! Will definitely be hiring them again! Look at the before and after for the ball valves, gorgeous! -I wasn’t expecting to leave another review so soon lol! My downstairs neighbor said there was water leaking into the bathroom below and my building manager was concerned it was the pipes for the shower since it was just done. I called shoreline and they sent Paul Hijii back to my unit within an hour of calling! The shower was perfectly dry, Paul quickly identified my toilet was leaking from a failed wax seal which was not visible to me. He fixed it immediately, thank you SO much! I just added the shoreline emergency services line to my call favorites. It’s a must have!
